Nowadays music differs a lot from the on that was produced some years ago.This is because there are many factors that have changed over the years.For example,the technology advancement is one of the main factors that have affected the music in Greece.For instance ,from the use of instruments we once used to have in order to make our music,we now use music and beats that come from a computer.One more factor is the refugees that have came to Greece and in order to express themselves they resorted to music,In fact there are many artist that come from abroad and are unexpectedly famous.

With sport, young refugees build new lives in Greece

Giannis Sina Ougko Antetokounmpo was born on December 6, 1994. He is a Greek professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nearly 7 feet tall, Antetokounmpo's conbination of size, speed and ball- handing led to his nickname the "Greek Freak". He was born in Greece from Nigerian parents and he began playing basketball for Filathlitikos in Athens. In 2016-17 he led the Bucks in all five major statistical categories and became the first player in NBA history to finish a regular season in the top 20 in total points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks. He received the Most Improved Player award in 2017. He has received three All- Star selections, and led the Eastern Conference in voting in 2019. In June 2019, he was named the NBA Most Valuable Player.

Moreover, between 9 and 11% of the registered Greek labor force of 4.4 million are foreigners. Migrants additionally make up 25% of wage and salary earners.Migrants are so plentiful that in a society with negative natural population growth, immigration has become the sole source of population increase overall.

Social Dimensions of immigration today
It is an undeniable fact that more and more refugees come to Greece in search for a better future.However, coming to Greece they come up against various social problems.

Another problem worth mentioning is refugees also face social marginalization.
Although Greek covernment respecting refugees' right to education gives them the opportunity to education by enrolling in schools near their place of residence , the majority of the local population protests against it by reversing to send their children to school , claiming that their children's interaction with the refugees will lead to the former's corruption.

Arts and Refugees: Multidisciplinary Perspectives
"Discarded life jackets on a beach in Greece inspired artwork by a teenager who wanted to learn more about the refugee crisis."
Achilleas Souras, the 17-year-old creator of the artwork, titled SOS: Save Our Souls, hopes his project prompts others to learn as well.Souras was 15 and living in Barcelona when the flood of refugees from places that include the Middle East and Africa landed on the beaches of Lesbos, Greece, and created a humanitarian crisis.The idea for the project came to him after he learned about the crisis in school.Souras reached out to the mayor of Lesbos, the first stop for thousands of seaborne migrants who undertook their desperate voyage in the Aegean Sea. The island’s beaches were littered with debris from their journeys.“It culminated in me reaching out to get actual life jackets,” Souras recalled.
